Additional Work (Branding & Video Production)

Branding

Volt Athletics - Carousel Ad units for Paid Social Media Campaign

Project Role: Visual Designer

Overview: Transformed existing assets into a high-impact Facebook carousel ad by pairing refreshed copy with new graphics. The goal: drive awareness and increase subscriptions. By aligning visual storytelling with clear calls-to-action, the campaign delivered an engaging, scroll-stopping experience optimized for conversion.

Volt Athletics - Brand Refresh (Photo & Video Shoot)

Project Role: Director

Overview: Volt was struggling to acquire new subscribers. As the growth specialist, I was tasked with identifying a strategy to expand our audience and increase conversions. Through market research, I discovered that our competitors were succeeding by showcasing a broader range of movement types and more inclusive representation—highlighting both men and women in relatable, functional fitness, not just high-intensity Olympic or powerlifting.

In speaking with potential users, one insight stood out: many felt Volt was “too intense” or “not for them.” The brand was perceived as cold, clinical, and male-dominated—despite our message that we trained everyone.

My goal was to reframe the brand’s identity—making it more inviting, more human, and more inclusive. I led a creative direction shift, culminating in a content shoot designed to better reflect our broader user base and shift perception.

Results:

  • Produced 127 new photo assets

  • Captured 30+ minutes of high-quality video

  • Built a content library optimized for ads, organic social, and email

Video Production

Filmateria Studios - Microsoft Finance Leadership Summit Video Series

Client: Microsoft

Role: Assistant Producer

Overview: The Microsoft finance team approached us to create a series of opening videos for their annual Finance Leadership Summit—with just one month to complete filming and post-production.

As the project lead on the ground, I managed day-to-day communication with the client, coordinated logistics for the crew, and supported both the director and executive producer throughout the shoot. My role was critical in keeping the production on track, aligning creative direction with client expectations, and ensuring a smooth delivery under a tight timeline.

Microsoft LEAP Video Series

Client: Microsoft

Role: Producer

Overview: LEAP is a Microsoft-sponsored initiative designed to increase diversity within its workforce by supporting underrepresented talent through an immersive coding bootcamp. The program equips participants with the skills and experience needed to succeed at Microsoft and beyond.

I was responsible for leading day-to-day client communication, managing the production crew, creating the filming schedule, and conducting on-camera interviews with LEAP participants and Microsoft employees. My role ensured the storytelling captured both the impact of the program and the personal journeys of those involved—all while keeping production smooth, efficient, and on message.

Facebook SeaFair Event Promotional Video

Client: Facebook

Role: Producer

Overview: Facebook invited us to produce a promotional video for their SEA (Software Engineering & Architecture) Fair—an internal event highlighting the work of over 100 teams across a wide range of products and initiatives. The goal was to capture the spirit of innovation and collaboration, and to spotlight the diverse talent driving progress within the company.

I led day-to-day client communication, coordinated the production crew, developed the filming schedule, and conducted on-camera interviews with Facebook employees. Throughout the project, I ensured a seamless production process while maintaining alignment with Facebook’s messaging, tone, and internal goals.
